Smart Space is an innovative consumer based company that delivers quality products to the Irish Market. We deliver the first Carbon Negative A1 Energy Rated eco friendly building. With additional technologies being integrated that offers our customers a choice of a premium designed product built to exceed current and new regulations at the option of the customer.

The drivers of the business stem from Airsynergy and are the previous CEO and CFO and bring a pedigree of innovation that afforded Airsynergy award winning products in their renewable sector.

Smart Space is a company that was set up to create products people need which offers a convenient building and space solution for various sectors that include Home Offices, Arts room, Additional Family space (e.g. Home Cinema), Granny Flats, Student accommodation etc.. among other applications.

The Company has being designing and developing its product for the last year and is now commercialising it in the market through both its sales team and a distributor network.

JIM SMYTH
CEO / Innovator
Jim has a strong pedigree when it comes to delivering quality products to customers having being the main innovator and pivotal in the design and development of the Award winning Airsynergy products. Jim's previous role as CEO for 10 years in Airsynergy afforded him the opportunity to gain relevant experience in funding, driving and growing a business from inception.
PETER SMYTH
Operations & Project Manager
Peter has over 20 years building and project management experience. Delivering on time and the quality the customer is expecting. In his previous role for the last 10 years he managed all contractors and employees for install and erection of units for Airsynergy.
