SSU DELIVERY PROGRAM

Week 0

CUSTOMISING DESIGN WITH CUSTOMER.

Meet with Customer and plan finishes required. All customisable to meet the needs of the clients.  Peg out location with client and provide quote for SSU specification and First staged payment.

Week 1-3

FOUNDATIONS, FLOOR AND SSU25 ORDERED

Site preparations, Foundation completion including final floor.  Order SSU25 to clients specification.

Week 4

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Delivery of SSU25 from Manufacturers and installation. Second stage payment.

Week 4

EXTERNAL FINISHES

The External Cladding roofing finishes including Facia and soffit, Door installation and Solar if required. (Timing Weather Dependant)

Week 5-6

INTERNAL FINISHES

Internal Finishes, Electrics, Plumbing and agreed finishes as per specification, This stage can be longer depending on optional finishes required. Final staged payment.

Week 7

HANDOVER

Electrical connection, warranties, unit manual, unit handover and required certificates.
